Found this teaser video for the 2010 electronic theater screenings at Siggraph 2010 in LA. A great computer graphics conference, so if you have the opportunity to go, just go! Great conference, great panels, white papers and interesting meetings with other people in the CG business, and of course some great parties and lots of inspiring stuff to watch.

“Digital Storytelling: Into New Dimensions” will be the fifth annual seminar on the creative use of technology in film and television, focusing on visual effects and digital set design in feature film and television. Speakers from the Norwegian, Scandinavian and International film community will gather once again in Oslo to present their work.
The Digital Storytelling seminar and workshops is arranged in partnership by Norwegian Film Institute and takes place at the Tancred Cinema, Filmens Hus, Oslo Norway. The event targets professionals in the film industry, with emphasis on directors, producers, production designers, visual effects artists as well as designers and architects interested in digital film design. The workshop targets top level Norwegian VFX and CGI professionals, and is held following the seminar.
The goal of the seminar and workshops is to educate and inspire the Scandinavian film community to create better and more original films by taking advantage of the new digital technologies and techniques available to them.
With all the previous years events being big successes we are looking forward to seeing old and new attendees alike at the seminar and workshops.
In a couple of weeks time we will start posting news about this years seminar program and workshops, so stay tuned.
