Awesome graphic work from the boys down south -Upper first. Featured as well on motionographer.
After spending a long night in a dark, creepy warehouse full of mannequins, and many hours of spare time in front of your computer, this is what you get!In this piece we’ve combined two of our interests, creative visuals and electro music, to create a music video for the up-and-coming Swedish artist Mille. The idea was to use projections on mannequins to achieve a different and interesting expression where graphics almost become clothes on the bodies.

New BRIO promptional film produced by Upper First in Malmö. Watch it here.
BRIO was founded in 1884 by basket-maker Ivar Bengtsson. Since their beginning of creating wooden toys from the forests around Osby the company has grown and their toys evolved. BRIO toys are characterized by their quality and durability and are often handed down from generation to generation. This year they launch a new line of toy trains and Upper First has had the pleasure of producing a promotional film to mark the occasion.

Big Congrats to the guys at Upper first in Malmö who has been rep by BLAH! blah? Blah…

We believe that one of the most important things to keep developing as a company and as individuals is to have goals and dreams. Both realistic and completely insane. One of those goals that seemed pretty far fetched was to get more serious working with the US. In one way or another we managed to get in touch with the guys over at BLAH! blah? (Blah…). As they liked what they saw and they turned out to be some really nice guys we thought “why not give it a try?” So we’re now represented in USA by BLAH! blah? (Blah…). Pretty much a dream come true for us here in tiny Malmö, Sweden! And we must admit that it feels a bit surreal to see our logo among those BIG names on their site.

Here’s the next TVC in the Läkerol series. We played around with scale (again) to create an interesting and unexpected expression. The spot communicates part of the flavour range in the Läkerol lineup. Enjoy the 80′s retro electro tunes by Transfett paired with man-made chewing sounds to neatly tie the spot to the parallell digital campaign “hundratusen.nu“.

Some words about NCAA from Upper first.
When we started Upper First 1,5 years ago we wrote down a list of things we really wanted to do, one of them was to produce a spot for national television in USA. One more thing to check off our list, here’s the NCAA March Madness spot, promoting the playoff tournament for college basketball in the US.
